Found a fix for neural filters not downloading, create account and start free trial and they should download just fine (did for me) then logout.
easiest way:
goto 10minutemail.com and get your temp email
in photoshop, Help -> sign in -> create an account -> use your temp email to create account and start free trial
now open neural filters and they should download fine, once downloaded just logout and they should work fine.
Smart portrait and depth-aware haze seem to need connection to adobe cloud to process so those don’t work

FYI, don’t make the mistake that I did of attempting to install v22.0.0.35 to overwrite (without UNinstalling) PS 2021 BETA . No way to clean it all off without issue. I have tried it all. Must be on a clean install.

I had PS 2021 BETA already installed and thought I could overwrite with v22.0.0.35 without issue.
Installation of v22.0.0.35 stops at 82% and will not proceed. There is no way to uninstall now. How do I fix this?

I attempted to install 2021 v22.0.0.35 without first uninstalling. By that method, there is not any files to uninstall beta. Today is 5th attempt to installed after running Ccleaner and Advanced Uninstaller Pro 13, to no avail. I even went in and manually deleted files marked Photoshop.
Would you suggest something else to try?

I guess, Adobe stopped supporting Windows 7 and even 8 since their 2019 releases. 2020 and the future versions are mostly not gonna be any different. The biggest reason for this is probably the EOL announcement of Windows 7 by Microsoft. Forget using latest softwares, you and your data are too much at risk while using an outdated and unmaintained operating system.
If you can’t upgrade to Windows 10, well, you’re stuck with 2018 or max 2019 releases.

The file “Set-up.exe” only works on Win10, but “Photoshop” works on Win7, so how to install?
1) Download and install the photoshop using CCMAKER 1.3.6.
2) Download the photoshop this post and descompact the file “photoshop.exe” from file “ePhotoshop21-Core_ x64.zip”, using the 7zip. The site owner could also upload only the “photoshop.exe” v21.0.2.57 cracked for ease.
3) Replace “photoshop.exe” in install folder. DONE!

If you have a paid version of Photoshop already, how do you install this? We uninstalled the paid PS using iObit Uninstaller, uninstalled Creative Cloud via the Adobe software. Rebooted then installed this version. It works but am getting “subscription ended please renew in the top right “. The program works but am getting that message.

Works fine for me… but when I use the new contentaware tool. I drag a square around the object, the selection square (ants) display on a different part of the screen. While it displays on a different part of the screen (usually at the bottom) it does select the proper thing when the mouse button is released.

If you can run this downloaded PS2020 version offline, then you are good for life. Under the Help pull-down, the Sign In…. should be empty of any visible user name, Signing in to a fake or real account on previous downloads was a big problem.

@Hunique No. Adobe apps don’t have their app data files inside their ‘Set-up.exe’, and so, replacing the setup file does’t install the older version.
@emeric aner I wonder why I didn’t think of it, but, I did try and it was a waste. It installed the standard (non-cracked) Photoshop v21.0.1 on my system.

I go to preferences—->general, the “show start screen” has activated and grayed out…. I don’t deactivated it…

Adobe XD is free and they release updates every now and then, that are required to work in a team. And I’m not sure with the CC installation I’ll be able to keep it updated.

Photoshop 2020 is announced with great features. When this site has been updated with the ability to bypass the Cloud to run offline perhaps remove all the comments to start fresh again. There must be a way to run PS 2020 offline like PS CC 2019, which actually required the Cloud to run. For the moment, this version of PS 2020, which will run for a day or two until Adobe discovers the login is fake. The other problem is other Adobe products are at risk of shutting down once Adobe learns of the fake account, and this is not so good.

Confirming that Adobe will delete the fake Cloud account, and you will no longer be able to run this Photoshop 2020 download. This happens when no reply is sent to confirm your fake Adobe sign up. Adobe will send a splash screen popup requiring to validate the account, which is fake, at some point when launching PS 2020. When no validation is made, Adobe removes the fake signup, and PS 202 can no longer sign in and will crash. This is my theory, but it seems very true.

I was surprised to see PS2020 not crashing out after launching after several days. A couple of days earlier, Adobe sent a popup after loading PS 2020 to verify the account email (a fake one). Under the HELP menu, the pull-down will see that the fake ID js signed in, I think now that when Adobe does not get a verification replay from the popup, this will change the run settings of PS 2020 so as to crash out, even if connected to the Internet. Please verify this. Fortunately, I remembered the fake ID and password to delete the fake Adobe account on the Adobe website. The trick account can affect other installed Adobe products, like Acrobat. From now on, using PS CC 2019. where no signin is required—both online and offline. Hopefully, there is a new configuration for PS 2020 that can be fooled to work offline.

Starting October 26, the application will crash immediately after launch. The same error occurs with Adobe Illustrator 2020. By October 26, both applications worked. Internet connection is allowed and is not blocked (firewall). It just stopped working.

After installing the fixed version by creating a fake adobe id the program works but after while crashing all over again and i can’t use it. You’ve to install the Creative CLoud Desktop App and sign in into it. Then, it will work. This is needed for some reason by Photoshop and Illustrator. All other apps are working fine.

How do I update redists , I mean I have like all the redists…
I think it is more of a graphics dirver problem…
I have been having similar problems with last few version. And think there is a conflict between integrated and dedicated graphics card or their drivers!!!

The installation happens normally, but when you open the software it closes next. This posted version is not stable.
